System optimisation and upgrade​ for a fizzy drinks giant

Objective

As one of the world’s best-known brands, the client had just embarked on a long-term project to develop and improve the ways in which they use their Enablon system to track their carbon and emissions data. To do this, they needed experts to come onboard and review their system, identify improvements and support on a major upgrade to a newer version of Enablon.

Action

With a vast knowledge of Enablon system solutions, it made sense for us to support on this project. We spent time reviewing and correcting historic data ahead of the upgrade, implemented multiple processes and created training to help end users. As well as this, we supported on the complex transition to the newer, more robust Enablon system.
