Action

We started by digging into what the client already had in place, analysing what did and didn’t work for the team and then began making changes. We developed a new data validation workflow which highlighted several data quality issues, providing them with training and the tools needed to facilitate accurate data processing and reporting.  ​

​We also helped develop and enhance their reports, dashboards and questionnaires to improve access to this high-quality data. Finally, we helped document and streamline their system related processes to reduce operational risk and help new members of the team settle into their roles.
