Pip Stockford, CEO at Sustainit
Pip Stockford
CEO
Pip is our CEO and second-generation owner of Sustainit. With a varied career spanning creative development, business strategy, project management and sustainability, she began her working life supporting household names like Brabantia, Costa Coffee, M&S and BMW before joining Sustainit in 2018. Alongside running the business, Pip’s passion lies in customer service and effective project management. A strong believer in staying present in the business, and without taking her foot off the gas, she still supports the team and our client base in much of the day-to-day delivery and support.
Alex Ryder, Head of Sales & Marketing at Sustainit

With 15 years’ experience in marketing, Alex is a well organised strategic thinker. Having worked in both B2C and B2B roles for companies large and small, her skills are broad. She’s planned international cross-channel campaigns, worked on a six-figure airline brand refresh, managed house-hold name commercial partnerships, and built a popular UX meet-up with a thousand-strong community. She’s also held senior marketing roles in both water efficiency and low-impact commerce design businesses.

Kirsty is a versatile leader with a wide variety of experience working across specialist business areas in service and customer operations with both the Public and Private sectors most recently in the Fuel Card Industry prior to working at Sustainit. She has delivered process improvements that have resulted in an improved and structured customer service, and lead teams under pressure to meet challenging deadlines and objectives whilst still maintaining an extremely high standard of customer service.
Charlie Stephens, Head of People and Operations at Sustainit

Charlie has a wealth of experience in operations and relationship management. She joined us from the Guide Dog’s Charity (we all love dogs here at Sustainit!) to help us implement changes, develop strategies, and improve our processes. Charlie is a big people person and loves supporting the talented members of the team to develop and reach their goals.
Katie Stockford, Principle Data Consultant at Sustainit
Katie Gibson
Principal Sustainability Data Consultant
Katie has been with the business for ten years and is our longest-standing team member. With a BSc in statistics and a qualification in machine learning and predictive analytics, she joined our client support team to work with our key clients on their data requirements and has grown since then to become the most experienced data consultant in our team. Her attention to detail and ability to pull apart and interpret data combined with her experience make her our secret data-superpower.
Grace Boden
Senior Sustainability Data Manager
Grace recently joined our team as Senior Sustainability Data Manager. She has an MSci in Environmental Sciences with experience in data analytics and project management within the context of demographic evidence and forecasting. She loves a well formatted Excel spreadsheet and enjoys analysing and exploring data to provide insights and answers to clients in a clear and accessible way.
Oliver Boulton, Senior System Support Manager

Senior System Support Manager
Oliver is an experienced and vital member of our Client Support Team. He works with some of our biggest clients, managing the day to day running of their data management systems including Enablon and UL360 and is also responsible for implementing a lot of the standards we adhere to with our internal processes.
Sam Eager
Senior Sustainability Data Consultant
Sam champions data-led sustainability solutions and transparent non-financial reporting. He has a BSc in Physics, qualifications in GHG Protocol carbon reporting and SECR compliance and a proven track record of providing comprehensive sustainability support to a diverse range of clients. He’s passionate about helping organisations navigate the complex world of sustainability, understand their impacts, and achieve their long-term climate goals.
Dean Hall

Senior Operations Manager
Dean’s role is three-fold spanning across IT, internal operations, and client support. He manages all our in-house IT issues and requirements, oversees and maintains our internal operations and processes, as well as supporting a variety of our clients offering EHS system technical support.
Lydia Willcox
Creative Manager
Lyd brings the creative flair to our office with her incredible design skills. She has a background in social media marketing and graphic design and has successfully run her own art business for over 5 years. As well as being the brains behind our new branding, Lyd works on both internal and client facing projects. From designing presentations for the team to creating useful infographics and data visualisation pieces – Lyd handles anything creative.
Alice Salt
Client Relationship Manager
Alice is one of the newest members of our team. She joins us from the automotive sector and has an extensive background in customer service, most recently in a senior credit control capacity. As Client Relationship Manager for some of our biggest clients, she’ll be using her problem-solving skills and knack for prioritising and organisation to keep projects on track and on time.
Lois Baggott
Client Relationship Manager
Lois has extensive experience in the new build property industry and a background in business development and account management. Her interests lie in sustainable development and as our Client Relationship Manager, she works with the majority of our clients to ensure that projects run smoothly.

Amber Rochette
Sustainability Consultant
Amber has a LLM in Environmental Law & Sustainable Development and experience working in creative community engagement – leading the UK’s first Sustainable Fashion Week. She’s extremely well organised and alongside client relationship management, works in our consultancy team. Her most recent projects include consultancy support across the transport, procurement, and financial sectors.
Chloe Davis
Marketing Executive
Chloe supports with marketing activities – running campaigns and creating a lot of our content. She also supports with our internal sustainability efforts. Having recently graduated with an MSc in policy research, she especially enjoys working on longer communication pieces and deep dive reports.

Ben Redman
System Support Analyst
Ben did an Economics degree, focusing on data analysis and environmental economics, writing his final project on the sustainability and valuation of UK Forestries. His background is varied, with experience in hospitality and recruitment, giving him good stakeholder management experience and strong problem solving and analytical skills which are perfect for the work he does with our Client Support Team.
Charlie May
Executive Assistant to CEO
Charlie’s previous roles include customer service, hospitality and for the past 7 years, administration. She joined us from the public sector where she was PA to a busy CEO, wanting to pursue a role in a company that aligned more closely with her personal values around sustainability. As an Executive Assistant, Charlie’s role is primarily to support Pip, our CEO, but she also works closely with the Heads of Departments and the wider team to keep everyone on track and organised.
